Ubon UMT United Academy Director Blaine McKenna will be visiting the Black Mountain Hua Hin Football Academy this weekend. The UEFA B Licensed coach will be working with the Under 15s on Saturday and the Under 10s on Sunday.
McKenna (pictured coaching in Ubon) hails from Northern Ireland and has coached football on five different continents. He is currently employed as the Academy Director by T1 (Thai Premier League) team Ubon UMT Utd and specializes in giving young players psychological skills that they can use both on and off the pitch.
He holds a MSc in Sport Exercise Psychology and a BSc (Hons) in Sport Exercise Sciences from the University of Ulster and specializes in Life Skills, Sports Coaching and Performance Programmes or Life Sports Performance (LSP).
This will be a unique opportunity for the children to work with an experienced, qualified coach who is currently employed by one of the top clubs in Thailand. Both sessions will start at the normal time of 4:30pm.
